ความรู้ทั่วไป เทคนิค และการวิเคราะห์ทักษะเบื้องต้นของกีฬาฟุตบอลและรักบี้ฟุตบอล กลยุทธและวิธีการเล่นเป็นทีม ทักษะในการเล่นฟุตบอล ได้แก่ การควบคุมลูก การส่งการรับ การเลี้ยง การโหม่ง การยิงประตู ทักษะในการเล่นรักบี้ฟุตบอล ได้แก่ การรับ การไลต์เอ๊าต์ การสกรัม การเตะ ตำแหน่งและหน้าที่ผู้เล่น กฏกติกา ระเบียบ และมารยาท ในการแข่งขัน ความปลอดภัยในการเล่น หลักและวิธีการสอนและฝึกซ้อม
